This subseries contains files related to Hogan’s campaign for the office of Prince George’s County Executive in 1978. Hogan ran against incumbent Democrat Winfield “Win” Kelly, Jr., and won with around 60 percent of the votes.

Materials include administrative files, campaign literature, correspondence, newsletters, newspaper clippings, press releases, position papers, speeches, and buttons.
