Betty Bloom attended the University of Maryland from 1935 until 1938. This collection includes snapshots of University of Maryland co-eds, including Bloom, and campus scenes from the mid- to late 1930s. Also included in the collection are receipts for Bloom's tuition, room and board for the first semester of the 1935-1936 academic year and her bid letter from the Alpha Sigma sorority.
