The Universe of Music: A History, 1985, 1993 and undated
This subseries contains materials from the Center for Music Research and Documentation related to the editing and disposition of The Universe of Music: A History, which was produced by UNESCO/The International Music Council. The project enlisted scholars from around the world, including Herndon, to compile information regarding international musical culture. Items within this series are arranged by volume, which has been broken down geographically as indicated by the Table of Contents. Each folder includes correspondence.
