Unclear what this has to do with accreditation. Bert Mills was dean of instruction at NH Vocational-Technical college and part of NEASC investigation team. He seems to have consulted with DB about KCA personnel and difficulties with Bodie Miller. [He served on KCA's advisory council circa 1987].
