The Paul Bushmiller collection on punk covers the years 1979 to 1992. The bulk of the fliers center on two periods from 1983-1984 and 1988-1990. The first series in the collection mainly consists of show fliers promoting upcoming concerts, advertisements for local performances produced by the bands themselves, along with some professional show posters. Most of the fliers in this collection were collected on the campus of the University of Maryland, College Park, many from the walls of WMUC’s FM studio. The second series consists of ephemera—such as concert set lists—mostly from the latter period.
