Research on Plants of Colonial Maryland, circa 1983-1986
This series documents the development of the research project on the botanical exploration of colonial Maryland with a team of three other researchers, C. Rose Broome, George F. Frick, and Melvin L. Brown. The materials reflect their research methods, especially in the herbaria of London, and their later writing and presentations. Included are research materials, notes, notebooks, publications, and talks. Of particular note is the publication submission to the journal Huntia for the series of articles, entitled "Botanical Explorations and Discoveries in Colonial Maryland." Arrangement is alphabetical by document type, and, within types, the items remain in their original order.
