The Djuna Barnes Library contains over 1000 titles from Djuna Barnes’ library. The Library contains both fiction and non-fiction works on a variety of subjects. Library Highlights include first editions of Barnes’ works and presentation copies of works by Barnes’ contemporaries such as Charles Reznikoff and Charles Henri Ford. Some volumes include annotations and corrections by Barnes.

Conditions Governing Access

The Djuna Barnes Library contains over 1000 titles which can be searched and browsed using the University of Maryland Libraries' online catalog. This same search can be reproduced by visiting the University of Maryland Libraries' online catalog, clicking the "Advanced Search" link, and then limiting a search by "Marylandia and Rare Books -- Barnes" from the "Location" pull-down menu.
