Office of the Vice President, 1969-1973 and undated

This series consists of materials gathered while Spencer worked for Spiro Agnew during his term as Vice President of the United States. Included are office documents, such as administrative manuals and staff rosters, copies of press releases and press clippings relating to Agnew and his staff, correspondence, and interoffice memos. Spencer collected copies of correspondence, press releases, speeches, and newspaper clippings relating to Spiro Agnew's resignation as vice president in October 1973. Also included in this series are Spencer's files on the Equal Rights Amendment, the Status of Women Conference, and the 1972 Republican National Convention.
