This series consists of publications written by Spencer, as well as miscellaneous pamphlets, and various magazines she collected that feature cover stories about Agnew and the Nixon Administration. Her own publications include copies Contemporary Local Government in Maryland (1965) and The Legislative Process in Maryland (1963). The miscellaneous pamphlets include Congressional Research booklets, Republican Party pamphlets, and booklets about Maryland and Washington, D. C. The magazines represented include Life, Newsweek, and Time.
