Scrapbook, 1916-1931 and undated

This scrapbook was previously stored in Byrd's presidential files. It originally had clippings pasted on the first page and an assortment of loose materials which have since been removed and filed seperately. The scrapbook contained several photographs; newspaper clippings about Byrd, his family, and the University of Maryland; short stories and articles written by Byrd; assorted notes and poems; and a series of membership lists from various organizations, primarily women's groups. Most of the documents are undated, but dated itens range from 1916 to 1931.
